making pastry billets from bulk pastry at a production rate
of up to 60 billets per minute.
Automatic Tray Loader/Unloader

operators are constantly handling product trays and moving them
to and from baking racks, these machines eliminate this manual
process and are a great labour saving device.
Pizza Pressing Machine
This is a semi-automatic machine for manufacturing Pizza bases.
Dough balls are placed into indented trays and are hand placed
onto the indexing conveyor. A mechanical press head presses
the dough ball into the tray, forming the Pizza base. A timed
dwell at the bottom of the stroke, reduces the shrink back that
may occur in normal processes.
